• Facebook is working on CDN and they are trying to reduce the amount of time that a photo remains in its cache and he also said they have fixed the same issue in videos.

Deleted Picture simply Access if you know that picture URL

For the check this  Do as Follow:

• First open new image which you want to delete
• Right click on image and select Copy Image URL(if you are copy that link from your address bar then its not working beacause of your browser's privacy Term)
• Delete that picture
• Now Paste the URL of that pic which you copy in 2nd step. And your deleted picture is back Again.
